These terms apply to the services of Kazitel: telephone numbers, voice, AI, SMS and related services.

Prepaid service

Usage (minutes, AI minutes, messages) is charged from your prepaid balance at the rates of your plan. Monthly fees are charged at the start of each period. Unused balance does not expire while your account is active.

Fair and lawful use

You may not use the service for unsolicited calls or messages to people who have not agreed to be contacted, for fraud, or against any law. We may suspend an account that does.

Numbers

Numbers are provided by licensed carriers and remain subject to their rules. Numbers released after cancellation may be reassigned.

Changes and cancellation

You can cancel at any time; the current period is not refunded. We tell you before prices change.
